Paprika (2006) — Directed by Satoshi Kon (ANIME)

If dreams had a user interface, it’d look like Paprika. This film walks the fine line between imagination and madness — and then backflips over it. The animation is pure chaos in motion, and yet it all makes sense emotionally. Christopher Nolan owes this movie royalties (Inception, anyone?).

The dream world is unstable — but so am I after watching this.
