The Kaiju Preservation Society – John Scalzi

This book is what happens when you mix Godzilla, workplace comedy, and a heavy dose of “we’re all doomed, might as well have fun.” The Kaiju Preservation Society is hilarious, fast, and feels like a weekend road trip through a monster dimension.

Jamie Gray accidentally lands a job protecting giant creatures in an alternate universe, and everything that follows is chaotic perfection—giant monsters, ridiculous science, and corporate nonsense galore. Scalzi basically wrote a feel-good apocalypse.

Big monsters, bigger laughs—sci-fi comfort food at its finest.
